The Far Eastern University (FEU) Cheering Squad emerged victorious as they showed an astounding performance leaving different universities amazed, claiming the championship title in the recently concluded UAAP Cheerdance Competition Season 86, held at the Mall of Asia Arena on Saturday, December 2.
Showcasing mind-blowing stunts and great determination, FEU regained its second crown in the cheerdance competition, toppling the defending champion NU Pep Squad, leaving more than 18,000 crowd astounded with their ‘Super Mario’ themed stint.
FEU’s spirit and eagerness to bring home its 4th title gained them the highest score of 702.5 points amidst the hair-raising competition against various universities, especially with defending champs, National University (NU) who settled with 2nd place yielding a score of 697 points with their ‘Elvis Presley’ themed performance.
UST finished in third place with 687 points, followed by Adamson with 665 points, UP Pep Squad with 602 points, the UE Pep Squad 559 points, the DLSU Animo Squad 555 points and the Ateneo Blue Eagles with 532 points.
